Return Eligibility:

  • Items are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may not be returnable, or may be subject to a restocking fee, unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Products that have been altered or damaged after delivery.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your return request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include any related accessories or documentation. Clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  4. Processing the Return: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 10 business days from the receipt of your return for this process to be completed.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • You will be notified via email once your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.
